We are so excited about our Newest Addition at An Elegant Affair! Not only is Watters' ENCORE line the cutest of cute dresses, all of them are MADE IN THE USA. This is an issue very near & dear to our heart. In an industry where the majority of the merchandise is made over-seas, it gives us great pride to say these dresses are made domestically.
